I talked to Ajala today and he liked it. How strange it must be to present your body as the image of a deity! And then see it through another's image! He has a very sweet, quiet blushing laugh about that.The skirt he's wearing in the photo he sent me was made by his father, a batik artist, and, I assume, a Sango dancer before Ajala ~ & no doubt it is a masterpiece of Yoruba fabric art. All that I could make out from the very small photo was that there were checks!
