Wow, very cool image. What are the specs on this painting?

It's (very) unfinished ~ but the work left to do mostly is a matter of refining the texture of the surface and edges of the lines - so it will look pretty much like this pic when it's done. It's an odd painting in that it is on a rhomboid - 52"x42"x52"x40" - I've always liked not quite square shapes of paper, this it the first time I've tried it with linen canvas. It was hard to stretch! Needless to say, framing it will be problematic.

I can't wait to do the others in this set - they are envisioned. The stretcher frame for the next one is ready (thanks to Shane, bless him) IF I can only find time to work on it.

I have been neglecting your post, but this jarred me to my most alertness, artistically speaking.
Being a nurse maid to Cis and using any spare? time for the garden has tied me down, does that sound familiar?
the new painting and the poems are electrifying...
